Coldstream Family Practice will be closed from Monday, 22nd December 2025, to Thursday, 22nd January 2026 for Christmas and New Year holiday period. We will reopen on Friday, 23rd January 2026.

Please note that we will also be closed on Monday, 26th January 2026 in observance of Australia Day.
